Pilaf for a Group
Holiday plov prepared according to the classic recipe in a cast‑iron kazan with meat of a young lamb and Laser rice, with the addition of yellow and red carrots, chickpeas, raisins, and cumin. It is sprinkled with pomegranate. With the plov are served Uzbek kazys, quail eggs, Achiq‑chuchuk salad, and spicy chili pepper.
