Payment
Regardless of the payment method chosen, the transaction is carried out only in Belarusian rubles (B).
Register (if you are using our service for the first time) and log in to the site
Select a dish and click the «Add to Cart» button
In the «Cart» modal window, click the «Place Order» button
Please specify the current delivery address and the time you want to receive the order on the checkout page
On the “Checkout” page, enter the remaining details (name, apartment number, floor, etc.), select a payment method, and click the “Confirm payment” button.
If you choose “Online payment” as the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the WebPay page, where you will need to enter your personal details and your bank card information. After completing the payment, click the “Complete payment” button, after which you will be automatically returned to the site, where you will see a message confirming that we have received your payment. A confirmation of receiving your order will be sent to your email address.
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using the protected TLS protocol and confidentially receives the client’s payment‑card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the card’s CVC/CVC2 security code).
After making a payment with a bank card, you should retain the generated card receipts (payment confirmations) to reconcile them with the account statement (to verify the transactions in case of disputes).
When paying with a bank payment card, the refund is made to the card that was used for the payment.
