Payment
Regardless of the payment method chosen, the settlement is made only in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
Register (if you are using our service for the first time) and log in to the site
Select a dish and click the «Add to Cart» button
In the «Cart» modal window, click the «Place Order» button
Please specify the current delivery address and the time you want to receive the order on the checkout page
On the “Checkout” page, enter the remaining details (name, apartment number, floor, etc.), select a payment method, and click the “Confirm payment” button.
If you choose “Online payment” as the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the WebPay page, where you must enter your personal details and your bank‑card information. After completing the payment, click the “Finish payment” button, after which you will automatically return to the site and see a message confirming that we have received your payment. A confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to your email address.
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using the protected TLS protocol and confidentially receives the client’s payment‑card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the card’s CVC/CVC2 security code).
After making a payment with a bank card, you should keep the generated receipts (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with your bank‑statement (to verify the transactions in case of disputes).
When paying with a bank payment card, any refund will be issued to the same card used for the payment.
